Below you can find some of our most frequently asked questions. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

How can I book?
You can book online, by phone and by email. We will ask you for details regarding the transfer such as flight details and arrival/pick up times, destination address details, passenger contact information and luggage amount. 

What’s the latest I can book my transfer with DRIVER4YOU LIMOUSINE SERVICES?
You may book your transfer online or by phone up to 12 hours before the pick up/ arrival time.

All Bookings 24/7 must be made between the hours of 8am and 6pm.

For direct and last minute bookings please contact us to check availability on +32 (0)475 45 60 95.
 

How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking online with no charge within 48 hours  by email. you can also cancel your booking by calling us on +32 475 45 60 95, Once we receive your cancellation request we will process your cancellation and you will receive a cancellation confirmation.

What is your Cancellation policy?

Business, First Class and Vans
Local transfers, long distance transfers and Hourly services:

48 hours before the service: No charge
48 to 24 hours before de service : 50% of asking price
24 hours before the service: 100% of asking price

How can I make changes to my booking?
You can make changes to your booking free of charge online, within 24 hours by email or by phone. For last minute changes please contact the contact number provided in your booking confirmation email.
 

Where is the meeting point in the airport, station?
The driver will be waiting inside the arrivals Hall of the airport, holding a sign showing the passenger name provided.
Brussels Airport :
Please meet the driver at the"JAVA COFFEE" located in the Arrivals Hall, on your right side after passing customs.

Charleroi Airport :
Please meet the driver outside after passing the Gate (Parking Area)

Brussels Train MIDI Station :
For Thalys, TGV : At the "PRET café" located in the main Hall
For Eurostar : At the Eurostar arrival gate located on level 1
Other Pickups :
Please meet your driver at the address you have specified, on the nearest possible space to park the car.
Airport pickups include
60 minutes of free wait time, and station pickups include a free 15 minutes.
Waiting time charges will apply after the grace period and are accrued in
quarter-hour (15mn) increments.

What if I can't find my driver?
The contact details of the driver will be communicated to you one day prior of your service.If you can't locate your driver, please call the telephone number of your driver provided on your update email or by calling us on +32 (0)475 45 60 95.

 

What happens if my flight is delayed ?
For Airport pickups your driver will wait for 60 minutes free of charge, and all others pickups include a free 15 minutes.

Your flight will be monitored for delays, to ensure your driver will be waiting for you at the correct time.

How many Km are included in the hourly rate ?

20 km per booked hour.

 

My flight details have changed, do I need to inform you?
Please inform us of any changes to your flight schedule as soon as possible and we will update your reservation. There is no charge for making changes to your flight details.

Do you provide child seats?
Child seats are available on request for Free. Please inform us in advance.
 

Will I receive the exact vehicle that i choose?
Subject to availability, you will always receive a vehicle that you booked, however if the Business MB E Class is not available, we offer other options of the same or better category (MB V Class  or MB S Class) at the same price.


What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Bancontact, Visa, Master Card and American Express.

What happens if I don't make payment on time?

Your booking will be automatically cancelled  if the payment is not received on time .
